The fifth edition of Fresh Winds will be held under the theme of DREAMS in Garður this winter. Artists from all disciplines of art will gather from all over the world for a four week period workshop, exhibitions, concerts, performances, happenings and more, an event entirely open to the public for free.

Alþjóðlega listahátíðin Ferskir vindar verður haldin í fimmta sinn í vetur undir þemanu DRAUMAR. Listafólk úr öllum listgreinum, víðs vegar að úr heiminum, hittist í fjögurra vikna vinnustofum, haldnar eru sýningar, tónleikar, gjörningar, uppákomur og fleira, viðburður sem er opinn öllum að kostnaðarlausu.
