The International Art Festival Fresh Winds in Garður 2014 will be held in Garður, Iceland, from December 21th 2013 to January 26th 2014. The theme of the exhibition is the “vastness” in Iceland, Gardur, a place known for its vigorous winds.On December 21th the festival will start, and the formal opening ceremony will take place on January 18th 2014.
